So much for consistency - things got busy here and I missed a day and then another .... then of course the condemnation and lies began and I haven't been back .... well ... I'm back

Don't fall prey to the "if onlys" and the self condemntaion. That insurmountable wall between who we are and who we'd like to be is merely a veil, gossamer thin.
